Overview

Upon starting this project, an initial survey was sent to the client to help establish how the client saw their brand, what they wanted to project to their customers, what they thought their customer’s pain points were and establish a general scope of the project. A consultation was then conducted to discuss survey answers and walk the client through the design process. The client stated that they were looking for a luxurious look with bright, rose gold and natural elements. Brainstorming, wireframing and prototyping was done to flesh out the final product. The results of this web design was an increase in customer traffic, product sales, customer engagement and understanding of brand identity.
